Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Artiroom (“Artiroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an AI creative studio operated from Colombia and available at www.artiroom.com. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Artiroom.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Artiroom. Authentication and account management are handled by our identity provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@artiroom.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Artiroom provides AI-powered tools to generate and edit images, animations, and multi-scene videos, including character-consistency (Visual DNA) and brand-identity (Brand DNA) features, an AI talents library, and real-estate tools such as property flyers and tour videos. The service relies on third-party AI models, and outputs are generated probabilistically. We do not guarantee that any particular output will be accurate, unique, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose.

Artiroom uses a credit-based model. Subscriptions (Creator, Studio, and Agency) and one-time credit packs are sold and processed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.

• Each action consumes credits — for example, image generation and editing cost approximately 0.5 credits, video generation costs 2–24 credits depending on length and resolution, and video composition costs about 3 credits.
• Credits are reserved before a job runs and are automatically refunded to your balance if a generation fails.
• Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases.

You agree not to use Artiroom to:

• create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors;
• generate deceptive deepfakes, impersonate real people without consent, or produce content intended to mislead, defraud, or harass;
• violate the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others, including by uploading reference images you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the service, its rate limits, or its security; or
• resell or sublicense access to the service itself.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the prompts, photos, and reference material you upload (“Inputs”). You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs and transmit them to our AI providers solely to operate and improve the service and to generate your outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we assign to you our rights in the images, animations, and videos you generate (“Outputs”), which you may use for personal or commercial purposes per your plan. Because outputs are generated by AI, similar outputs may be produced for other users, and such outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your Inputs and for how you use your Outputs.

Artiroom integrates third-party providers — including Clerk (authentication), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Supabase and Cloudflare R2 (storage), and AI providers such as Google, fal.ai, and Replicate. Your use of the service is also subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artiroom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Colombian law (Ley 1480) or other applicable consumer-protection laws.

You may stop using Artiroom and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Colombia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of Artiroom after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@artiroom.com.
